These terms govern your use of TunNet and any eSIM data plan you purchase through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. What we sell
TunNet sells data-only eSIM profiles for use while traveling outside Armenia. Each eSIM is manually sourced and verified by our team before it's sent to you — this is not an automated, instant-issue product, and estimated turnaround times are stated on the order confirmation page.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received. Until an online payment method is live, our team will contact you directly using the details you provide to arrange payment. Prices are shown in Armenian Dram (AMD) and US Dollars (USD) for reference; the AMD price is the amount charged.
3. Fulfillment
Your eSIM QR code and activation instructions are sent by email and shown on your order page once your order status changes to "Sent." Turnaround times vary by destination and supplier availability.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM before purchasing, and for following the activation instructions provided. TunNet is not responsible for data plans not activated within their validity window.
5. Limitation of liability
TunNet's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed connectivity during travel, beyond providing a working eSIM or a refund/replacement as described in our Refund Policy.
