When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your Telegram or WhatsApp handle, along with the plan you purchased and your preferred language. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, and message.

We use your contact details to process your order, send your eSIM, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Order and customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements.
4. Your rights
